Qualifications

• Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience with at least 1 year of Training experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Agency Channel/Life Insurance experience preferred.
• Freshers with an MBA from a reputed business school may also apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluency in the local language and English preferred.
