Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Ensuring Delivery of services with the fulfillment of set parameters like TAT, Quality, Content, Approval and RBI compliance.
• Data Updating & Monitoring: Compilation of Technical MIS for all areas in standard format by following up with Technical team.
• Valuation Agency Management: Review & cross audit of valuation agencies and control. Regular reporting on audit findings.
• Price Monitoring: Updation of Zone Base Master on a regular basis.
• Technical Audit & Hind sighting: Carrying out technical audit & hind sighting and ensuring compliance as per the technical process manual/RBI guidelines.
• Location Visit: Visiting all the zones every quarter and getting updated with local real estate market practices & regulations.
