• Conduct and review APF, Non-APF, and CF property cases within delegated authority
• Ensure site visits, valuations, documentation, and recommendations are complete and accurate
• Flag high-risk or red-category cases to RTM / ZTM for review
• Monitor TAT adherence for branch submissions and vendor reports
• Track First-Time-Right (FTR) performance, identify rework areas, and implement corrective measures
• Support query resolution and query reduction initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors for valuations and technical reports
• Track vendor performance, cost, and quality, escalating issues to RTM / ZTM
• Support vendor onboarding, training, and periodic review
• Visit properties exceeding threshold amounts (e.g., >1 Cr.) and support high-value case assessments
• Provide feedback to RTM/ZTM on branch-level risk trends, exceptions, and performance gaps

Technical Execution
