Job summary

The candidate should have a Graduate degree with 10+ years in the insurance industry, and proven ability to manage a 10–12 member team, achieve targets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Location: Mumbai, India.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a minimum 3+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and General Insurance products.
• Proven experience in agency/channel sales and team handling (10–12 FLS).
• Ability to recruit agents and build a robust agency distribution network.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
