Job summary

IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead a service team and drive growth in AMC battery and retrofit services. You will manage key accounts, develop strategies to hit technical and revenue targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective solutions and proactive relationship management.

The role requires strong leadership, 4-7 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in UPS BFSI or healthcare.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM and service management software.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
• Familiarity with AMC battery and retrofit services is an advantage.
