You will handle key accounts including co-operatives, private dairies, and institutional customers, and promote products such as stabilizers, emulsifiers, cultures, enzymes, hydrocolloids, and specialty dairy ingredients. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales in the dairy segment across assigned territory
• Handle key accounts including Co-operatives, Private Dairies, and Institutional Customers
• Generate new business opportunities for dairy ingredients and application-based solutions
• Promote products such as stabilizers, emulsifiers, cultures, enzymes, hydrocolloids, and specialty dairy ingredients
• Coordinate and execute commercial trials at customer plants along with technical team support
• Understand customer pain points and provide solution-based selling rather than only price-based selling
• Build strong relationships with Procurement, R&D, Production, QA, and Management teams of dairy customers
• Manage customer follow-up from sampling stage to commercial conversion
• Support tender business, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures
• Maintain project tracking and customer updates through CRM systems
• Coordinate with principal companies for technical support, samples, and business development activities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region
• Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities within the dairy industry
• Support product launches and market development initiatives for new dairy solutions
