The role focuses on building a robust distribution network across Tamil Nadu, managing key retail accounts, and delivering revenue targets through strategic market penetration and partner collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand MMTCPAMP's presence across trade and retail channels consistent with its global leadership position in precious metals.
• Develop, manage, and scale the distribution network across the Mumbai region.
• Strengthen the business partner ecosystem to maximize reach and visibility.
• Drive achievement of targets across product categories, revenue, distribution depth, and overall territory performance.
• Ensure continuous growth through effective market penetration and territory expansion strategies.
• Align with key retail customers and distributors ensuring MMTCPAMP remains their preferred partner.
• Take full ownership of key retail accounts and deliver growth with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Actively participate in trade marketing, instore branding initiatives, promotional activities, and visibility programs.
• Ensure highest levels of consumer satisfaction and brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Maintain strong channel hygiene, compliance, and market intelligence.
• Track competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning.

Role Overview:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) Tamil Nadu will be responsible for expanding MMTCPAMPs presence across retail and distribution channels, dealer network strengthening partnerships, and driving business growth in alignment with the brands position as a global leader in precious metals.
