The role emphasizes BOQ specifications, pricing negotiations, and CRM-driven reporting to sustain growth in the private projects segment in Mumbai and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 3–8 years in B2B/project sales in building materials (tiles/ceramics/sanitaryware).
• Experience with architects, builders and private real estate developers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new real estate clients for private residential and commercial projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct client engagement and project-based sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with project decision-makers, architects, and purchase heads.
• Track and follow up on private construction projects to pitch tile solutions and close orders.
• Work with architects to get products specified in BOQs and convert to sales.
• Ensure competitive pricing proposals and close profitable deals.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Maintain records of client interactions, project pipeline, and sales performance via CRM and reporting.

• Pricing & Negotiation: Ensure competitive pricing proposals and negotiate effectively to close profitable deals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project pipeline, and sales performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in B2B/Project Sales in the building materials industry (preferably tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware)

• Prior experience working with architects, builders, and private real estate developers.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets in a project-based sales environment.
