3M India Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the South region to drive sales and business development in the Cleaning workspace safety vertical across India from Bengaluru.

You will build brand experiences with facilities management companies, building service contractors, quick service restaurants, hotels, and commercial properties. The role focuses on expanding the reseller network, strengthening key accounts, and delivering innovative customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in enterprise or facilities services sectors.
• Experience in channel development and reseller onboarding.
• Strong relationship-building with multi-stakeholders.
