Job summary

3M is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional based in Kolkata to drive the Facility Care Solutions portfolio in the East region. The role focuses on promoting brand experience concepts, cleaning and safety solutions, and building strong relationships with architects, energy consultants, PMCs, and contractors.

• Experience in sales and business development for facility care or similar portfolios.
• Experience in channel partner/distributor management.
• Ability to identify new segments and promote new products.
• Based out of Kolkata, East region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of cleaning products in retail market through channel partners/distributors.
• Promote brand experience concepts, cleaning and safety solutions with stakeholders (Architects, Energy consultants, PMCs, and contractors).
• Expand customer and channel base and grow key accounts in East region, delivering volume and value.

The Person hired will be responsible for Sales and Business developmental activities of Facility Care Solutions portfolio in East region and will be based out of Kolkata. He/she Shall Promote brand experience concept, cleaning and safety solutions with different stake holders in the building segment including Architects, Energy consultants, PMC'c and contractors. He/She will also be responsible for driving sales of cleaning products in retail market segment by appointing channel partners/distributors. Understand customer pain area's, analyse and develop innovative solutions, expand customer and channel base, identify New segments and promote New Products. Develop and Maintain Key Accounts relationships driving both volume and value generation.
