Job summary

The Premier Consultants is seeking an Area Sales Manager - LAP for a leading NBFC to drive loan against property sales through direct channels and a strong network of DSAs. You will lead a sales team, build pipelines for secured lending products, and maintain compliance with credit policies while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Strong local market knowledge and an established client base are essential, as is experience with NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LAP/mortgage sales experience.
• Strong network of DSAs and channel partners.
• Experience with NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies.
• Strong local market knowledge with existing client base.
• Solid understanding of property valuation and credit processes.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
