Job summary

Fortleechiropractors seeks a driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell medical equipment across Goa, Konkan region and Pune. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and drive sales strategies to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has proven sales/marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid two-wheeler license to operate across multiple cities in Goa and Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Diploma in Electronics / Pharmacy / Biomedical.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Preferably in the medical equipment industry or previously worked as Medical Representative.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and other potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
• Meet the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
• Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
