Job summary

Jobtailor in Ranchi, Jharkhand is seeking a channel and sales lead to drive retail revenue and manage distribution for building material products. You will build demand across product categories, ensure timely collections, and design promotional activities to strengthen the brand.

The role focuses on developing partnerships with architects, builders and contractors, providing product knowledge to channel partners, and supporting forecasts and budgeting through market analysis.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years total experience in retail sales, hardware industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Revenue objectives for Retail business as per plan.
• Set up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performance.
• Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
• Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building.

• Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal / Regional Manager for forecasts and budgeting.

• Any Graduate. MBA Preferred.

• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
