Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional in Bengaluru to promote security solutions to architects and designers. You will organize BTL activities and train diverse stakeholders, including channel partners and shop staff, to achieve defined sales targets.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in BD for retail sales, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. UG/Engineering degree required; MBA preferred. This is a field-based role in India’s Karnataka region.

Qualifications

• UG or engineering graduate with strong business development exposure.
• MBA preferred for higher strategic sales and channel management.
• 5–6 years of total experience in BD for retail sales.

• Actively promote Yale door opening and security solutions among Architects, Interior Designers and Channel partners.
• Organise Below-the-Line activities for brand awareness.
• Train channel partners, shop boys, carpenters, interior designers and architects.
