Job summary

Navigene Genetic Science Private Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts in the healthcare and genetic testing sectors. The role involves building partnerships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, and promoting diagnostic services across Pune (PCMC Area) Hinjewadi, Baner, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Kasarwadi, Akurdi, Wakad, and Nagpur.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of sales experience in healthcare or diagnostics, a bachelor's degree (life sciences preferred), and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Life Sciences degree preferred.
• Sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or genetic testing.
• Knowledge of genetics and molecular diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Establish partnerships with doctors, clinics and hospitals to promote genetic testing.
• Promote genetic testing services through field visits and product presentations.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities via networking and market research.
• Conduct promotional and branding activities in the territory.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and business updates.
