Weatherblazer in India is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, advertising, and creative projects.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication to expand client reach, identify market trends, and drive growth across markets. You will collaborate with operations and sales teams to align targets and nurture key client relationships.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any new product/Services to the market.
• Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Implementing new sales targets
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Keeping connect with the past Clients and look for any other requirement
• Working hand in hand with the Operations team for achieving the common goal
