Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Mumbai seeks a results-driven Channel Sales/Business Development professional to develop and manage a robust channel partner network.

You will monitor the distribution network, plan sales promotions, meet customers regularly to achieve targets, conduct market assessments, identify potential partners, and ensure tie-ups align with the business plan and SOPs while reviewing broker performance and maintaining MIS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Development of channel partner network.
• Control & monitor distribution network, plan sales promotion activities.
• Meeting customers on a regular basis for achieving planned targets.
• Achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis.
• Identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie up is in accordance with the business plan & SOPs.
• Monitor and review broker's performance and help them in achieving maximum business.
• Maintaining database and MIS & reporting on a regular basis.
