Job summary

Wellesta Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Medical Representatives/Business Executives and drive sales growth for Sanofi (Opella) Consumer Healthcare brands.

The role focuses on Rx generation, doctor engagement, and channel/distributor management in the Bengaluru market. You will oversee field visits, coach the team on performance, monitor market activities and ensure product availability across the territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare sales.
• Experience as ASM / ABM / First Line Manager will be preferred.
• Team handling experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in Rx generation, doctor engagement and channel/distributor management.
• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru market.
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
