Job summary

Paytm in Jaipur is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to manage a team of sales professionals, drive revenue growth through merchant onboarding, QR activation, and acquiring services. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years in area sales management within BFSI, a strong grasp of merchant acquiring and onboarding processes, and a proven ability to achieve targets by building lasting merchant relationships.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in BFSI industry.
• Strong understanding of Merchant Acquiring & Onboarding processes.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective team handling and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective merchant onboarding, QR code activation, and acquiring services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants across various industries (Retail, Hospitality, FMCG etc.) to drive business growth.
• Identify new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Fintech products such as Payment Gateway Solutions, Card Payment Machines, Mobile Wallet Integration etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues related to payment processing systems and provide exceptional after-sales support.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive fintech landscape.
