Industry Preference: Printing and packaging industry, related to sales of flexible packaging adhesives, printing inks, rotogravure cylinder, PET/BOPP films etc

Role & responsibilities

• Develop new clients and manage area sales performance, drive business growth through relationship management
• Identify and acquire new customers within the flexible packaging and film lamination industry
• Handle client concerns, coordinate complaint resolutions, and support payment follow-ups
• Report on market trends & customer needs. Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping.
• Collaborate with distribution channels
• Travel extensively (~80% of the time) to meet clients, distributors, and partners as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Sales experience of at least 5 years in relevant/related industries with proven track for new customers development
• Strong track record of new customer acquisition and market penetration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
