Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agri Input industry (Seeds, Crop Protection, Fertilizers, or Biologicals).
• Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and team handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• B.Sc. Agriculture is mandatory.
• PGDM in Agribusiness Management will be preferred.
