Job summary

Baoxhin India Private Limited is looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru with experience in BESS, Solar Inverters, PCS, UPS and related energy products. The role focuses on expanding our footprint in the energy sector among large corporates and industrial customers.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of sales and business development experience, an engineering or management background, and willingness to travel regionally. Local language skills are a plus.

• Coordinate travel across the region to meet clients and close deals.

1) Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Based at Bangaluru having experience of Sales & Business Development in field of BESS, Solar Inverters, PCS, UPS & Industrial Chargers and Similar Products in Energy Sectors.

2) Experience in Selling with Big Corporates & Industrial Customers with understanding to sell Industrial & Energy Products.

3) Good Inter porsonal skills, Charming Personality, Good Communication & Willing to travels across the region or other locations, if required.

4) Experience for Solar Business & Energy domain for Grid Scale, C&I and Data Centers and large Industrial Corporate customers.

5) Having 6-8 Years Experience in Sales & Business Development with educational Background of Engineering, Management or both.

6) Candidates should aware about potential customers in his region and conversant with respective geographical locations & local languages.
