Simona India is seeking an experienced Area Manager (Sales) to drive growth in the Gujarat/Maharashtra region. You will lead sales activities for thermoplastics-related piping and allied products, build client relationships, and work with a regional team to meet targets.

The role demands strong negotiation, travel readiness, and the ability to deliver techno-commercial proposals end-to-end while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Management degree will be an added advantage for preference.
• 5+ years of experience as Area Sales Manager or similar in Sales & Marketing.
• Outstanding sales and negotiation skills are required.
• Strong analytical abilities and good leadership/presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with customers efficiently and travel within the region.

Responsabilités

• Handle Sales Activities and build Brand awareness in the assigned geographical area.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and consultants by visiting them.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close orders.
• Manage payment follow-up and collection.
• Collaborate with the sales team members.
• Create area sales reports and present to higher management.
• Find ways to enhance sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Job Overview

• Looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our Team as Area Manager (Sales).
• Candidates with experience in handling Thermoplastics/ Fluoroplastics, Thermoplastic piping, FRP/ GRP piping, Lined piping, Chemical pumps & valves etc. will be given preference.
• Experience in handling the clients in Chemical, Process industries in Gujarat/ Maharashtra region.
• You should be able to work under no supervision and possess excellent communication skills. Also, you will require to multitask and work in a team setup.

Responsibilities
