Job summary

CarePal Group (Impactguru) invites applications for a Business Development Associate to drive field sales by building relationships with hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres and generating patient referrals.

You will visit partner hospitals, explain medical loan and crowdfunding options, manage leads through CRM, assist patients with documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead conversions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Around 15 years of experience in BD/Sales, healthcare, fintech, insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Comfortable with CRM and digital tools.
