Job summary

CarePal Group is seeking a Business Development Associate for field sales to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres and drive patient referrals for healthcare financing solutions.

You will visit hospitals, explain medical loan and crowdfunding options, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure lead conversion and disbursal success. A graduate with 15 years of BD/Sales experience and strong English/Hindi skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (required).
• 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance or Financial Services.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities
