Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Sales & CX professional to drive volume, market share, and dealer performance in the automotive sector across Tamil Nadu. You will own showroom and digital customer journeys, ensure timely billing, and oversee activation plans and market coverage.

Requirements include 3–5 years in auto sales (at least 2 years in automotive sales) and BE/BTech, MBA preferred; strong focus on delivering sales growth with a customer-centric approach.

• Demand Generation & Overseeing market wise dealer performance to drive volume & market share
• CX -Ensuring CX at every customer touch point - Pre-sales and Sales
• Showroom and Digital Customer journey
• Billing -

• Ensuring timely billing of desired vehicle
• Retail -
• ETBR handling
• Activation plan - Enquiry generation, market coverage
• Hyperlocal digital Dealer initiatives - Driving end to end special initiatives at the ground level, alongside any special schemes/incentives

• Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness
• Ensure proper coordination across Charging teams

Experience
