Job summary

OYO is seeking a Regional Revenue Leader in Nashik to own regional revenue targets, set pricing strategies, and drive yield management across a network of properties.

You will monitor performance dashboards, lead reviews with cluster managers and partners, and optimise channels while identifying new demand segments to grow occupancy and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue targets (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, gross bookings, margin).
• Design and implement pricing strategies based on demand forecasting and seasonality.
• Drive dynamic pricing and yield management across properties.
• Identify revenue leakage and take corrective actions.
• Monitor daily performance dashboards and MIS reports.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on underperforming properties.
• Lead revenue review meetings with cluster managers and supply partners.
• Optimize channel mix (OTA, Direct, Corporate, Walk-ins).
• Track competitor pricing and market trends.
• Develop local tactical campaigns during peak/lean demand periods.
• Identify new demand segments (corporate, long stay, events).
• Work closely with Area Business Heads and Supply teams to align revenue goals.
• Guide hotel partners on pricing, inventory management, and demand generation.
• Collaborate with central marketing and digital teams for local promotions.
