Job summary

Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds is seeking an experienced Area Regional Manager to oversee performance of multiple jewellery showrooms across the assigned territory in Mumbai. You will drive sales, lead store managers and sales teams, and ensure high standards of customer experience.

The role requires 8+ years in Retail Jewellery, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage inventory, stock audits, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Retail Jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales performance and business targets across multiple stores.
• Lead and guide Store Managers and sales teams to achieve individual and store targets.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and sales.
• Drive customer experience, selling standards and overall store performance.
• Monitor stock, inventory, stock audits and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to store standards, visual merchandising and shop-floor discipline.
• Coach and develop sales teams through regular performance reviews and training.
• Track market trends, customer preferences and competitive activity.
• Share regular MIS and business insights with Management.
• Work closely with Retail Operations, HR, Training and Product teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Retail Jewellery.
• Strong experience in managing multiple jewellery showrooms / stores.
• Proven experience in sales and team management.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills.
• Good understanding of jewellery retail operations and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
