Job summary

Lenskart is seeking an Area Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. This role requires strong analytical thinking, team leadership, and execution rigor to manage large teams and deliver business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The AOM will own end-to-end operations, lead and scale field teams, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and strong service delivery.

The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, team leadership, and execution rigor to manage large teams and deliver business outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Operations & Execution
   • Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories
   • Drive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency
   • Ensure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards
   • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
2. 2. Team Leadership
   • Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (100- 150 members)
     Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews
   • Drive accountability and ownership across team members
3. 3. Business Ownership
   • Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked metrics
   • Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions
   • Ensure strong customer experience and service delivery
