Job summary

UltraTech Cement in Odisha seeks a field-facing professional with a BE Civil/Chem/B.Tech Civil to drive product demos, sample handling, and customer engagement. The role focuses on coordinating marketing inquiries, ensuring quick sample execution, and maintaining quality checks.

The candidate will lead product presentations for awareness, manage complaints with prompt escalation to R&D, and oversee government-related product launches while tracking orders and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• BE Civil/Chem/B.Tech Civil degree is required.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes and construction methods.
• Willingness to handle product samples and customer demos.

Responsibilities

• Provide product samples and demos within 48 hours for marketing enquiries, and verify sample quality.
• Create product awareness via presentations during customer meetings.
• Respond to complaints the same day; escalate quality issues to R&D within 48 hours.
• Lead pitches and approvals of BPD products with government departments and key sites.
• Develop non-trade sites and track orders.
• Monitor business generation.
• Gather MIS and competitor information and share with the team.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical processes and construction methodologies.

• Samples and Demos of Products To get the samples executed of all the enquires given by the marketing team within 48 hrs in normal condition & to check the quality of the sample after it is done. Bills of the contractors & dealers.
• Awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with Customers To create awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers.
• Complaint Handling To be attended immediately on the same day. If related to quality material is sent to the R&D team & checked by us for application- within 48hrs.
• Leading the pitching and approval of BPD products in government departments and key sites executing product launches.
• Developing nontrade sites, tracking orders
• Monitoring business generation
• MIS Competitors Information As & when something new is being done in the market it is collected and shared with the team
