Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Outbound Area Manager for our Fulfillment Centers in Maharashtra. The role focuses on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity, with accountability for labor balance and shift efficiency.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2+ years in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. Familiarity with Amazon processes is a plus. This is a full-time on-site opportunity at our FCs in Maharashtra.

• Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.
• Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and run balanced, efficient shifts.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.

• Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.

• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.


• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.

Basic Qualifications
