Responsibilities

• Manage operations to ensure seamless and timely SLA delivery while maintaining high employee and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and manage relationships and engagement with clients.
• Oversee the team, organize resources, set goals, communicate strategy from executives and the client, and report responsibilities.
• Manage day‑to‑day B2C sales targets.
• Monitor and document staff work schedules and absences.
• Build strong partnerships with clients to nurture existing relationships and ensure operational cohesion.
• Conduct weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand expectations and provide updates.
• Close all audit‑related issues.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements and initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team leads to better manage their teams.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on internal customer queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Act as the key contact for all problems and queries within the assigned business.
• Take on special projects as required by the business.
• Demonstrate action‑orientation, integrity, trust, perseverance, command skills, problem‑solving, and a drive for results.
• Handle sales pressure and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.

ISMS Responsibilities

• Follow instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on their behalf, and serve authorized users.
• Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads to build and run information systems that meet business objectives.
• Safeguard information in possession and ensure its protection.
• Accept responsibility for the operation and protection of information assets, and perform work as delegated by the Function Head.

Insurance Sales Duties

• Calibrate employee performance to targets through monitoring and coaching.
• Communicate and resolve issues that affect performance criteria.
• Lead employees to achieve performance criteria.
