We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Head / Sr. Area Head to lead and drive the performance of our Direct Channel sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of Front Line Sales (FLS) representatives, ensuring achievement of business targets, and driving customer acquisition for life insurance products.

• Monitor sales metrics, track daily performance, and take corrective actions where required.
• Drive quality business by ensuring compliance, persistency, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in life insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role (handling FLS or similar profiles).
• Proven Track Record: Consistent achievement of sales targets in Direct Channel or equivalent distribution setup.
• Skills: Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
