Job summary

Avanse Financial Services is seeking a Senior Collections Lead to drive performance by actively visiting critical and high-value customers for resolution and collections. You will strategize regional goals and ensure team adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 6–9 years in collections, with at least 2 years in a similar role, and knowledge of secured and unsecured lending. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-9 year experience in Collections and atleast 2 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Secured and Unsecured business is a must.
• Legal knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should possess Human, Analytical and Conceptual skills.
• Should be a good communicator.

• Visit critical cases for resolution and collection.
