SBI Card is seeking a Legal Collections professional to support daily collection activities in assigned regions across India. The role includes handling escalations through Courts and quasi-judicial forums, and providing legal support to sales and collections teams.

Responsibilities include achieving recovery targets, maintaining MIS, and representing the company in collection matters, with strong emphasis on compliance and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal collections and recovery processes.
• Adept at handling escalations including police escalation.
• Strong awareness of collections best practices in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Conduct day-to-day legal support for the collection of dues from customers in assigned regions.
• Achieve recovery targets as per MOU.
• Handle escalations raised by customers through courts or quasi-judicial forums for legal collection activities.
• Provide legal support to sales and collections functions for escalation cases against employees.
• Prepare and maintain MIS for decentralized legal collection matters in assigned regions.
• Represent SBI Card in collection matters.
• Provide administrative support to litigation and advisory verticals in drafting replies and evidence.

Role Purpose

To conduct day-to-day legal support for the Collection of dues from Customers in assigned regions.

To achieve recovery targets & Handle escalations raised by the Customers through various modes (Courts, Quasi-Judicial Forums, Investigating Authorities) for legal collection activities.

Role Accountability

• Achieving recovery targets as per MOU
• Conduct day-to-day legal support for the Collection of dues from Customers in assigned regions.
• Support for Handling Escalations raised by the Customers through various modes (Courts, Quasi-Judicial Forums, Investigating Authorities, etc.) for legal collection activities
• Provide Legal Support to sales and collections functions for escalation cases against employees.
• Prepare and maintain MIS for decentralized legal collection matters in assigned regions.
• Represent the Company in collection matters.
• Provide administrative support to litigation and advisory verticals in drafting replies, preparing evidence, etc.

• Win Ratio%
• No adverse comments by businesses on legal collection support in the region
• Meet the recovery target for legal collections
• Ensure 100% resolution of escalated cases
• Process adherence as per agreed MOU
