Job summary

SBI Card is seeking a Legal Collections professional to conduct day-to-day legal support for the collection of dues from customers in assigned regions. You will work to achieve recovery targets and handle escalations through Courts and other authorities.

Join SBI Card to contribute to compliant collections, support sales and collections teams, and maintain MIS for decentralized matters across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Collections.
• Adept at handling escalation including Police escalation.
• Market awareness of collections best practices.

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support for collection of dues from customers in assigned regions.
• Support handling escalations raised by customers through courts, quasi-judicial forums, and authorities.
• Provide legal support to sales and collections functions for escalations against employees.
• Prepare and maintain MIS for decentralized legal collection matters in assigned regions.
• Represent the company in collection matters.
• Provide administrative support to litigation and advisory verticals.

Role Purpose

To conduct day‑to‑day legal support for the Collection of dues from Customers in assigned regions.

To achieve recovery targets & Handle escalations raised by the Customers through various modes (Courts, Quasi‑Judicial Forums, Investigating Authorities) for legal collection activities.

Role Accountability

1. Achieving recovery targets as per MOU
2. Conduct day‑to‑day legal support for the Collection of dues from Customers in assigned regions.
3. Support for Handling Escalations raised by the Customers through various modes (Courts, Quasi‑Judicial Forums, Investigating Authorities, etc.) for legal collection activities
4. Provide Legal Support to sales and collections functions for escalation cases against employees.
5. Prepare and maintain MIS for decentralized legal collection matters in assigned regions.
6. Represent the Company in collection matters.
7. Provide administrative support to litigation and advisory verticals in drafting replies, preparing evidence, etc.

1. Win Ratio%
2. No adverse comments by businesses on legal collection support in the region
3. Meet the recovery target for legal collections
4. Ensure 100% resolution of escalated cases
5. Process adherence as per agreed MOU
