Job summary

Avanse Financial Services is seeking a proactive leader to drive collections and customer resolution in the region. You will lead a front-line team, visit high-value customers, and strategize plans to meet regional goals while ensuring policy and regulatory adherence.

You will collaborate with external vendors including Legal to improve productivity and efficiency, and provide timely updates on issues impacting financial or regulatory outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Visit critical cases for resolution and collection.
• Lead the team from front by visiting critical and high value customers.
• To strategize and implement plans to achieve GOAL for the region/state
• Ensure adherence to policy and regulatory framework.
• To liaison with external vendors including Legal for driving productivity and efficiency.
• To provide timely feedback/updates for concerns which can have an impact on the organization financially or regulatory.
