Job summary

Anrgi Tech Private Limited is seeking a motivated sales representative to drive growth for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices within Andhra Pradesh. You will be responsible for developing relationships with Diabetologists and other healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have a proven sales track record in medical devices, strong communication skills, and a valid driving license. Frequent travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.
• Proven experience in selling Insulin, CGM Devices, or Diabetes Care Products.
• Strong network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians.

Job description

• Drive sales and business growth for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices and diabetes care solutions within the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Promote and demonstrate Bluetooth-connected CGM systems and the Cardio‑Metabolic Devices Ecosystem.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  
• Conduct regular doctor visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and territory updates
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling Insulin, CGM Devices, Diabetes Care Products, Diabetes‑related Medicines, or Medical Devices.
  
• Strong existing network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians in the assigned territory.
  
• 4+ years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver sales targets.
  
• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
