Job summary

Anrgi Tech Private Limited is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices and diabetes care solutions in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling medical devices and strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting doctor visits, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must have at least 4 years of field sales experience and possess a valid driving license. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.
• Strong existing network with Diabetologists and Physicians.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job description

• Drive sales and business growth for Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices and diabetes care solutions within the assigned territory.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  
• Promote and demonstrate Bluetooth-connected CGM systems and the Cardio‑Metabolic Devices Ecosystem.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  
• Conduct regular doctor visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  
• Maintain sales reports, customer records, and territory updates
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in selling Insulin, CGM Devices, Diabetes Care Products, Diabetes‑related Medicines, or Medical Devices.
  
• Strong existing network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians in the assigned territory.
  
• 4+ years of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Devices.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver sales targets.
  
• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
