Role Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) or Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join Zydus Medtech Private Limited. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing sales and key hospital accounts within the Interventional Cardiology segment, focusing on products such as stents, balloons, drug-eluting balloons (DEB), and our broader interventional cardiology portfolio.

This position is based in Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Achieving or exceeding assigned territory sales targets.
• Effectively managing key hospital accounts, catheterization laboratories, and cardiac centers.
• Cultivating strong relationships with cardiologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Conducting product demonstrations and providing support during medical procedures.
• Driving product adoption through clinical education initiatives and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
• Monitoring competitor activities, analyzing market trends, and generating actionable insights.
• Ensuring optimal product availability, pricing alignment, and inventory control.
• Executing comprehensive account planning, forecasting, and business strategy development.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree (Science or Pharmacy background preferred, with an MBA being an advantage).
• 3-5 years of experience in cardiac medical devices or cardiac healthcare sales.
• Prior exposure to the Cardiac / Cath Lab segment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
