CSB Bank in India seeks an experienced banking professional to lead the Two-Wheeler loan business at the state level. You will onboard dealers and DSAs, manage frontline sales teams, and drive growth while upholding service quality and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on building strong partnerships with dealers, DSAs and strategic partners, monitoring profitability, and ensuring disciplined sourcing and cross-selling of liability and other banking products to strengthen the portfolio.

Formación

• Graduate or MBA with relevant banking experience.
• 10–12 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management.

Job Description:

1. Oversee the sourcing and growth of Two-Wheeler loan business within the state.
2. Manage and motivate frontline sales BDMs and foster relationships with dealers, DSAs, and strategic partners.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and compliance adherence.
4. Prioritize quality sourcing and actively push cross-selling of liability and additional banking products to strengthen the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Onboard and manage Dealers & DSAs to expand business sourcing.
2. Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective products across the state.
3. Drive state-level profitability by monitoring key metrics.
4. Conduct financial analysis of clients and markets, identify risks, and optimize accordingly.
5. Maintain a robust business pipeline with high activity.
6. Generate business to consistently meet monthly revenue and profitability targets across TW Loans portfolios.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channels
2. Relationship management with key Dealership Group & Corporate DSAs
3. Payout reconciliation
4. Co-ordination with internal & external stake holders
5. Candidate needs to have existing connects with customers of the state.
6. He should have connect with state Dealer, DSA & OEM
7. He should have knowledge of delinquent portfolio
8. He should have connects with big dealership who are giving major business to respective state
9. Ensure all the team members achieve productivity norms.
