Job summary

The incumbent will maintain regular relationships with existing and potential customers, study market trends, and coordinate marketing initiatives to meet customer needs and drive cross-sell opportunities. The job requires field visits and collaboration with various departments to ensure branch growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve branch targets and profitability; oversee field visits for marketing/collections.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth branch operations and policy adherence.
• Mitigate risks by adhering to manuals and preventing fraud where possible.
• Oversee receivables recovery and guard revenue continuity.
• Maintain branch books, records, and liaison with authorities as required.
• Role to be under Audit & Gold Inspection; focus on branch profitability.

• Maintain regular & continuous relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Constant study of market and identify market trends to - aid innovation and/or to meet the need(s) of customers by up-sell/cross sell of products.
• Initiate, implement/coordinate and participate in marketing for achieving the above.
• Achieve customer delight through efficient customer service. Retain existing customers and acquire new continuously.

Product – Process Championship

• Achieve branch targets and ensure profitability of the unit (branch).
• Will involve in Field Visits for Marketing / Collection activities basis to branch requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
• Ensure operational adherence as per Manual of Instructions and laid down policies and practices. Mitigation & Prevention of Risk (material & people) by early and timely detection of fraud(s) and up-hold the vision & values of the Organization and goodwill of customers.
• Recovery of receivables: To ensure organization’s revenue flow and protect customer’s long-term interest by regular monitoring and follow up. Should adhere to the operation protocols mandated by the organization.
• Efficient maintenance of branch books of accounts, documents and statutory records and upkeep of branch premises and physical Assets. Liaison and coordination with statutory authorities and/or external agencies and ensure compliance adherence, rule of Law.
• Role will come under the purview of Audit & Gold Inspection.
• Should focus on branch profitability & ensure that assigned branch is profitable

People Championship

• Ensure proper handholding and timely/continues training of the team.
• Encourage acquiring and sharing of knowledge by team members and proactively participate in knowledge sharing for the development of business and career progression of team.
