Job summary

Genxhire Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Design Coordinator to act as the central link between architects, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring design intent is aligned across disciplines and timelines.

You will supervise design development, review drawings and material choices, coordinate with real estate developers, and support site execution with on-site verification and approvals. Experience in multi-storeyed residential projects and BIM coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• 6-12 years of relevant experience in design coordination or architectural practice.
• Initial experience (4-8 years) in reputed design studios, followed by experience (4-6 years) with real estate developers.
• Experience in multi-storeyed residential housing projects is mandatory.
• BIM coordination experience shall be preferred.
• Experience in real estate or high-end residential/commercial projects.

1. Design Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination between architects, consultants (MEP, structural, landscape), and internal teams
Ensure alignment of design intent across all disciplines throughout project stages
Track design deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines
2. Design Development Support
Assist in the development and refinement of architectural and interior design concepts
Review drawings, presentations, and material selections for consistency and quality
Support the Design Lab in research on materials, trends, and innovations
3. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
Ensure all design documents comply with local regulations, codes, and brand standards
Support in obtaining necessary approvals from authorities and stakeholders
4. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with project management, sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility
Liaise with international design partners (if applicable) to maintain global standards
5. Site Coordination
Work closely with the execution team to ensure design intent is implemented on-site
Conduct site visits to review progress and address design-related issues
