Job summary

SSA Architects in Mumbai is seeking a highly organised project coordinator to oversee design development through execution across multiple projects. The role requires coordinating between architects, consultants, clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will manage project information, timelines, and deliverables, track drawings, submissions and revisions, and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle of complex, multidisciplinary design projects.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
• Conduct coordination meetings and follow up on action points and decisions.
• Review drawings for coordination, completeness and quality before submission.
• Monitor project timelines, identify delays and proactively resolve coordination issues.
• Support site coordination, RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications.
