Archintegration Private Limited is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to produce detailed architectural and construction drawings for luxury residential and hospitality projects. You will translate design sketches into working drawings, coordinate with architects and project managers, and maintain drawing documentation and version control while supporting planning activities and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and accurate plans, drawings and 3D model as required.
• Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning concepts, including space planning, materials, and building regulations.
• Competence in technical Drawing, including 2D drafting and layout preparation.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, designers, and site teams.
• Prior experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects is an advantage.
