Job summary

Archintegration Private Limited in Udaipur is seeking an Architectural Drafter to translate concepts into detailed drawings for luxury residential and hospitality projects. The role is full-time and on-site, collaborating with architects, designers, and site teams to produce construction drawings and updated layouts.

You will apply CAD/BIM tools, ensure compliance with local codes, and maintain drawing records while supporting presentation drawings and 3D views as required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in architectural drawings and construction drawings for residential and hospitality projects.
• Foundational knowledge of architecture and planning principles, including layout planning and space utilization.
• Proficient in drawing, including technical drafting and clear visual representation of design concepts.
• Familiarity with CAD or BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic understanding of building codes and standards.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field, with good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
