Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vadodara. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior design elements to ensure functional and aesthetic coherence. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing design presentations, refining layouts, and collaborating with consultants and contractors to address technical and compliance requirements. The role involves overseeing project documentation, assisting with material selection, and supporting the project team through design development and execution. The Architect is expected to participate in site visits, monitor design implementation, and contribute to timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic spaces.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Integration between architectural and interior design elements to create cohesive project outcomes.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of Software Development or digital workflows as they relate to design integration is an advantage.
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings, detail drawings, and documentation in line with local codes and standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in Vadodara and interact with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and commitment to inclusive, ethical, and safety-conscious design practices.
