Job summary

Civilis Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Architect to develop architectural designs, prepare drawings, and coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

The role involves creating layouts, elevations, sections, 3D views, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, visiting sites, and supporting project teams through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably Revit/SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and finishing works.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Develop designs based on project requirements, site conditions, and client expectations.
• Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other technical teams.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Visit project sites to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, and design detailing.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare presentations, 3D views, working drawings, and documentation as required.
• Support the project team during execution and provide necessary design clarifications.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project documents.
