Leading Construction Company in Saligramam, Chennai invites an Architect – Residential Projects to lead design and planning for villas, apartments, and independent houses. Immediate joiners preferred and CMDA/DTCP compliance is essential.

The role requires 5-6 years of design experience and a strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office. You will collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years experience in architectural design with focus on residential projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Valid COA registration mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building bylaws
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work from Saligramam, Chennai office

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential projects including villas, apartments, and independent houses
• Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, 3D views, and detailed working drawings

• Liaise with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation for projects
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and adherence to drawings

• Handle client meetings, design presentations, and incorporate feedback
• Work closely with project and execution teams to resolve design-related issues on site
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for management review
