Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in residential architecture, design-build, or turnkey projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design and visualization software.
• Experience preparing design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Understanding of residential planning, construction methods, materials, and execution practices.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, engineers, and site teams.
• Strong technical documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layout plans, and design proposals based on project requirements.
• Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants throughout project development.
• Support the preparation of BOQs, technical documentation, and drawing revisions where required.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and site teams during project execution; participate in site visits to review progress.
• Assist in design presentations, material selections, and project coordination activities.
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain organized project documentation throughout different stages of design and execution.
